Republicans Increasingly Turn to Fox News |
|
OK, I'll start. DUH. http://politicalwire.com/archives/2010/09/12/republicans_increasingly_turn_to_fox_news.htmlSeptember 12, 2010 Republicans Increasingly Turn to Fox News Pew Research: "Only Fox News has maintained its audience size, and this is because of the increasing number of Republicans who regularly get news there. Four-in-ten Republicans (40%) now say they regularly watch Fox News, up from 36% two years ago and just 18% a decade ago. Just 12% of Republicans regularly watch CNN, and just 6% regularly watch MSNBC."
"As recently as 2002, Republicans were as likely to watch CNN (28%) as Fox News (25%). The share of Democrats who regularly watch CNN or Fox News has fallen from 2008."

2. a lot of people want the news to slant towards their own political views. |
|
i would much rather have an objective news source than one that simply reinforces my own views. the BBC and NPR aren't too bad. i can't really point to a network i could categorize as 100 percent neutral, however.
be that as it may, i'm not interested in even scanning through the faux republican commercial, and i have also removed MSNBC from my daily news viewing habits.

3. Biggest misnomer ever. |

Fox has never had anything in common with news.
They are the propaganda ministry of the GOP.
