Have you ever stop too thing about all of the landmines the Rs laid during the Bush years? |
|
Really. War decisions, war debt kept off the books, tax cut expiration date, TARP...all major major issues set to explode around a midterm election. They KNEW they would lose last time because the rode the * train off of the freaking cliff and would not be able to get more good will from the nation. The only thing they can do is to continue hostile takeover tactics, the same sort they used to get into power. Why we do NOT treat the GOP like the arm of business that it is and use their tactics against them, I don't know.

1. I think our corporate media and what and how they report the news |
|
is a great big part of why this country can't seem to understand a single thing......
It doesn't matter much what Democrats do or say....because at the end of the day, the media decides how it will all be interpreted.
I'm sure part of the reason they allowed Obama to get into office, is so that Americans would end up blaming him for everything.....and that's exactly what has been happening.

2. the media serves a corporate agenda |
|
the media itself is made of corporations, who have financial interests at stake in most political matters.
they will destroy anyone who speaks out to help the middle class or who tries to call attention to the disparities in this country.
that's why they are attacking the internet -because we are slowly becoming the modern equivalent to the intellectual societies of Bavaria and France who schemed to destroy the royal dynasties of Europe.

7. Sometimes I fear that instead of attacking the Internet, they have used us..... |
|
the way they use polling companies; for their own benefit, and against the people.
And of course, for the most part, the people don't have boo to say to the media about their manipulation. We just sit there and take it.....and since that's exactly what the media wants from us, they keep dishing it out.

employed, because we know that they are essential to the economic well being of the nation.
Good to see you, Frenchiecat.

5. You mean the ones the dems are helping them track and defuse? |
|
Yeah, I remember them well, and to see the Dems assisting in the clean up is sad.
