Gov. David Paterson finally had the last laugh on “Saturday Night Live”
As previously reported leading up to last night, the New York governor made a guest appearance on the Weekend Update segment for the show’s season premiere, according to The Associated Press.
Just before Paterson’s appearance, his doppelganger, portrayed by “SNL” cast member Fred Armisen, came as invited guest on Weekend Update to talk about the New York governor’s race between Andrew Cuomo and Carl Palladino.
