4. Much depends upon how many gays and lesbians are in the

upper echelons. If there is a significant number in the senior noncom and field grades (O-4 and above) and they can come out and, more importantly, support G/L at the bottom of the heap, then good possibility the harassment and bullying post DADT repeal will be minimum. If not, count on it; it will be ugly and protracted.

Article 125, UCMJ will remain. Until Congress changes it and don't hold your breath, it can and will be used.
