I finally watched Capitalism:A Love Story |
|
It's Moore's best film to date. I detest Reagan even more now.

1. I have detested that sob since I lost my career as an ATC |
|
I was outed in the navy cause he wanted ALL the fags out of service then when I applied to civilian FAA they quoted my discharge (admin under honorable ) as a reason not to hire me.

3. Notice how pro-Obama Moore was at the end of that movie? |
|
I think he was pretty representative of the Democratic base as a whole at that time. I know I was feeling about the same way when Obama was elected, and my case of Cynicism is acute and, doctors say, probably terminal.
Whenever a loyal Obama supporter tells a critic that they probably "never supported him the first place", I think of Michael Moore at the of Capitalism.

5. Yeah, that really stuck out as well. |
|
I'm not anti-Obama by any means. But that part was striking in comparison to the bashing of everyone else. (Deserved bashing)

I haven't seen it yet. It's on my next do on the list. Think I'll make it a family movie night. Yep, dinner at Mom's and a movie. Thanks for posting that malaise. :hi:

7. I cried my eyes out watching that movie |
|
It was very good and I found it informative, but man did it hurt to see what's happened to our country.
