7. The truth is only the government can put any controls on the
corporations.

I get the meaning intended, but in a way the toon is completely correct in where to place its anger over corporate treatment.

9. Agree with you.
When the corporations and the government are in bed so tightly, it seems disingenuous to try to parse them out.

Yeah, a corporation took his house, because another corporation called the Federal Reserve opened up the tap to a mad lending spree that created a bubble and the reason they were allowed to do it was because the mad lending spending spree made the government look good ...

So who is really taking the house?

who repealled Glass Steigel, which in turn led to the mortgage crises.
