Wingnut/Teabagger Keith Fimian is running against my Congressman, Gerry Connolly, in Virginia's 11th district. His caller started off with the usual boiler plate crap, and then lapsed into the regular Teabagger mantra ... "Isn't it time for "career politician" Gerry Connolly to go?" I answered, "Yeah, let's get rid of all those career politicians. And while we're at it, let's dump all those damned career brain surgeons and airline pilots. Hell, let's make sure that everybody who actually knows what the fuck they're doing gets shit-canned!" There followed about five seconds of complete silence, and then a very soft "click" as they disconnected.
I doubt I'll be hearing from them again.

usual Replublican Mantras and kept asking me if I agreed. I didn't, and called several of the things she said into question.

She stopped, started sputter, and said "Sir, you sound like a Democrat. Are you a Democrat" kind of as an accusation.

I told her no, I was an American, and as an American, regardless of party, most of that stuff they gave her to read was patent bullshit.

She couldn't get off that call fast enough.
