The question on CNBC now is should payroll taxes be cut to
create jobs? The Republicans are itching to cut or privatize SS so their solution is to cut payroll taxes and underfund SS even more. So then they can say Oh SS is going bankrupt even faster then we thought it is an emergency we need to make even deeper cuts to save it now.

1. cut payroll taxes for those making less than $25,000, increase for those above $100,000
That would be fair.

2. Everyone needs to get their head out of their keyster and
face reality, unless they make draconian cuts in government spending taxes have to go up.
