Poll question: Russ will need a job soon, where should Obama put him?
Assuming he is willing and that the country deserves him...

The following are vacant positions of the federal government (including those currently filled with "acting" temporary officials).

1. Justice Department
He's exactly what we need in the DOJ. And what I had expected when got a Democratic majority, principled Democrats, not holdovers from the corrupt and tainted Bush DOJ. It's way past time to clean house at the DOJ. Feingold and Grayson who is a brilliant and very successful lawyer, would be a huge improvement over what is there right now. They both actually respect the rule of law.

8. I would like to see him work independently to educate voters.
I don't see him fitting into the Obama administration. And he certainly won't be hired by a corporation as a lobbyist.

4. I'd make him an "Election Reform/Civil Liberties advisor"
He needs a job that won't require Senate confirmation...because they 'Pugs will filibuster his nomination to anything to death.

9. Sorry, but Russ doesn't need Obama... Obama needs Russ. And Feingold gets that.

12. I'd guess he has better odds than many of getting through the Senate.
I'd say it's better than 50/50 that Omama gets at least one more pick.

14. Speculating in the negative again, are you?
Must feel great to know what you don't know, but pretend that you do.
What if we all could do that? Wouldn't that make everything swell?

15. Everything isn't swell, if you have not noticed.
I don't pretend to know anything. I answered a poll with my best guess on past performance.

My negative is learned and earned and the pattern seems obvious.
