Edited on Wed Nov-10-10 06:52 PM by Subdivisions
Talking about it right now on Big Ed's show (MSNBC).

"Torture is illegal and that's the end of that. Shameful." - Rep. Nadler

Will post vid when available.

7. He should be allowed to plead guilty to something that would save him from the gallows
... but require a sentence of life without parole. Then, he could be a living symbol of the evil of the Bush family and republicanism.

9. I heard him admit it on camera.
I assume it's in his book too. If only something would actually be done to bring that criminal, and his cohorts Chaney and Rumsfeld to justice.

10. Not a chance in this country
Maybe some other government could snatch those guys while they're on an overseas trip, or even "render" them from U.S. soil. It seems if the US President can do so simply by calling someone an "enemy combatant," then any other government should be free to determine that any US citizen, these guys included, is and "enemy of humanity" and take whatever measures are required to secure them in a small cell in some undisclosed location to protect the planet.

12. I wonder if Jerry is getting this out there now b/c he knows the Republicans
are drooling over all the investigations they'll conjure up for Obama in the next session.
