I'll admit it. I enjoy watching "Sarah Palin's Alaska |
|
Yes, I enjoy watching it. I've had an interest in Alaska for some time as a place to visit and a potential future purple state (Obama would have done much better had Palin not been on the GOP ticket). As annoying as the twit is, I enjoy watching the places she visits. Hopefully, I can visit the state in the next few years.

Good film, and you don't have to endure Sister Sarah.

And in the future, watch for the film "Everybody Loves Whales" with Drew Barrymore and Ted Danson, among others. They've been up here filming for the past few months, much to everyone's delight, and the movie should be pretty good. It's about the rescue of the trapped whales up in Barrow several years ago.

7. I think you should learn to treat yourself better. |

If it is Alaska you are interested in there are many, many more enjoyable ways to learn about that otherwise pristine and beautiful place.

(for the simple reason that I have my own Alaska that I watch every day) so I can't really comment as to the quality or reality of her show, but let me extend a personal invitation to you to visit our fair state any time. I tell all my online friends that they owe it to themselves to come up here at least once to experience Alaska for themselves. There really are wonders to be seen here, and no travelogue or "reality show" can do it justice.

("Obama would have done much better had Palin not been on the GOP ticket").
Are you serious? My republican husband has never voted for a Democrat in his life. Then he considered this illiterate, nasty woman a heartbeat away - and voted for Obama. Same goes for 90% of my republican acquaintances.
Obama won by millions of votes BECAUSE of John McCain's ill-fated lunacy of choosing the Alaska dingbat.

but I took him to mean that Obama could have taken Alaska, a purple state, had Palin not been on the ticket. In fact, Obama was leading in some polls here prior to Sarah's nomination -- she even spoke highly of him herself in a New Yorker magazine article that came out earlier in the summer of 2008. But, of course, with her being an Alaskan (and not overtly batshit crazy at the time) many people here voted for her as a "favorite daughter." NOW we know better...
