lower tax rates on the rich again. The very rich make millions off of tax cuts and deregulation. They will always push for more change. They will cannibalize the USA. They will eat away at things that make the middle class healthy and wealthy: like health care reform (no bankruptcies for families) or regulations (like banking & financial services reform that stop bubbles and gluttony of the rich for things like derivatives ) or dumping the cost of wars onto the middle class by not paying a decent rate of progressive tax or killing unions so wages start to fall. They have to be stopped right here, right now. Or they will eat up all the wealth in the middle class. That is what 'productivity' means: getting more out of the same thing.

1. We need to shut them down... |
|
NOW!!!
Of course, they'll always try to finish what they started. And after all is said and done, what will the *ahem* "teabaggers" say about *their* country now that it's gone to heck in a handbasket?
Something to ponder about.

That appears to be the eventual goal.

comprehending unmitigated avarice.
It never brokers an agreement in good faith and its hunger cannot be sated.
There is no compromise. The midway point between anything and infinity is always going to be more than one can afford and guess what? They won't accept even that midway because they want the whole loaf and are tireless, cunning, ruthless, and relentless in pursuit of it.
The idea that one can negotiate with a black hole is laughable, or would be if so many weren't hell bent ideologically on doing so.

We are the bluest of the blue in voting.
I know of one blatant and 4 obvious class warriors.... they are fighting on the side of the RICH because they are Rich.
One is a borderline billionaire.
Interestingly, they are all socially liberal.
When I attempt to discuss these issues w/ them it is as though a shower curtain dropped over their eyes.
It is really, really weird.
I've known 2 of them since college.
Perhaps it really is about Greed.
