The A$$Wipe and His Tee-Shirt at Target |
|
Shopping at Target this morning a scruffy guy in his mid sixty's walks by me with a tee-shirt that says OBAMACARE SYMPTOMS INCLUDE....
* allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue * dark urine * fever * joint pain * muscle cramps, pain * redness, blistering, peeling or loosening of the skin, including inside the mouth * trouble passing urine or change in the amount of urine * unusually weak or tired * yellowing of eyes or skin * bankrupting your pocket book * growing socialism
........something along those lines..
So I had to say something so I said...Interesting shirt...let me ask you something...WHAT IS THE CONSERVATIVES PLAN FOR HEALTH CARE....... he stumbled all over himself trying to find an response so I grabbed a piece of the stores paper towel and a pen out of my pocket and wrote down two words made famous by Alan Grayson..... "JUST DIE" and showed it to him...he said that's bullshit...I responded then what is the plan..SILENCE..again you prove that your conservative party beliefs are to do nothing and condemn the messenger....wake up and realize your beliefs are counter to what is in your best interest.... and I walked away.

5. It's a most amazing phenomenon, constantly favoring that in their |

own worst interests. It drives me up the wall how F'en stupid these people are ... If they had something valid to say, but generally it's a bunch of crap they heard on Fox News.

this is the third time I have heard of this in a week. It is also no secret that perhaps more Dems and Independents shop at Target.

I used to spend a couple 'a thousand bucks at Target every month--easy. I went there for pretty much everything except food; and sometimes I even went there for food. But ever since that donation to the Republican in Minnesota (and I don't even live in Minnesota), I won't step foot in the place.
It was hard at first, but now it's actually easy. I just pretend Target doesn't exist.

I'm still boycotting Target and Best buy for their donations. It really sucks because target is 5 min from my house. I figured out that last year Target got a good portion of my income, so hopefully I'll at least save some money.

to have private charities, churches, and family take care of the sick. True, Russell "The Emperor" Pearce hath decreed it.

|
Edited on Sun Nov-28-10 12:59 PM by ProudDad
thanks to prop 106, it's now unconstitutional to expand public health care or to have a state Single-Payer system...
In Arizona, thanks to Prop 107, it's also unconstitutional to organize a Union...
Interesting synergy, eh?

And talk about death panels! It's okay to kill people in a war. It's okay to deprive people of health care.

30. "Define Big Government." |
|
That one has stopped a few acquaintances in their tracks. Taking our guns, Prayer out of public schools, legalizing abortions. They didn't like it when I told them to look up Google and see where Obama extended the uses of gun rights or how 8 years of Republican rule, including a conservative SCOTUS that could vote Bush in office didn't want to touch the abortion issue and couldn't reverse Roe v. Wade. Big government was 911 for your chest pain, buddy; Civil Service and your medical benefits for you, Sis; and Medicare for your continuing problems with Diabetes, Weird-Guy-That's-Dating-My-Aunt.
Going on a rant here, that War on Christmas? Putting the Christ in Christmas like they "used to do back when I was younger and don't do in this liberal, godless generation"? Point out "A Christmas Carol." "Miracle on 34th Street." None of them mention Jesus or even the word "Christian." The 90s remake of Miracle on 34th street added faith as a part of the movie. So much for modern secularism. Old classics such as "Frosty the Snowman" and "Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer" don't mention Jesus or Christianity either. I remember singing "Happy Holidays" in grade school, a song that's been around since the 40s. And Season's Greetings was popular in Victorian cards. Also, it was pointed out to me that "Santa" is an anagram for "Satan." Glen Beck probably won't be putting that on his blackboard. Sorry to go off topic, but I'm getting geared for the (10th, 11th?) Annual War on Christmas.

I went to a church meeting one evening years ago w/a friend of mine, and left as soon as I found out what it was about...i felt like I walked into the Monkey House at the zoo...so much screeching and foolishness. Most of the people there I knew personally but never saw them in this light, (or darkness be that as it were). Fools rush in, where angels fear to tread...:D
