get some new people. If he had that in place they would be front and center today explaining the President's message for those who agree and for those who oppose. To let his actions just sit out there like the sore thumb that it is amounts to (fill in the blank).

Do you see where this leads?
You're suggesting he can't even assemble a decent PR team, and you might be right.
His problem, however, is more fundamental. The "product" is one that didn't deliver as promised.
