Who is presented in the media as a "centrist". Fighting two wars and cutting taxes is ideological, not practical nor centrist.

4. He is arguing against Republican philosophy
They say give money to the wealthy so they can spend it and it will trickle down. Gregg is saying they won't spend it, which is closer to the truth but not what Republicans supposedly believe.
