Wesley Clark: "Give Us A Chance"
Clark says ethanol needs level playing field with oil.

http://www.minotdailynews.com/page/content.detail/id/549466/-Give-us-a-chance-.html?nav=5010

"Gen. Wesley Clark spoke to a capacity crowd at the Holiday Inn-Riverside during the opening day of the North Dakota Farmers Union Convention Friday, where he outlined his vision for bringing the United States into a future of energy independence from foreign oil.

Clark, a retired four-star general after 38 years in the Army, is now co-chairman of Growth Energy, an organization dedicated to growing the U.S. economy through green energy such as ethanol . . . "

"After pausing to have members of the military in the audience and their families stand and be recognized for all they do to defend the country, Clark talked about the next emerging world power that will rival the United States in the future - China.

He noted the country has 1.3 billion people, is growing 10 percent per year and is becoming the fastest-growing market for commodities the world has ever seen. Clark pointed out the state plan China has to grow itself, and said there's never really been anything quite like it before. . . . "

Thank you General, glad to know you're still here doing what you can to serve this country (and the world).

Uncle Wes- he was one of my dad's peers in the military in the 60's and 70's - so we call him Uncle Wes ;-) . I'm glad to see this statement from him! :-) I read a little bit of that old 'Cold Warrior' in that staement too!

5. Obama's ignoring the talents of General Clark is just one more example of why
this administration is cratering.

7. Ignoring Is Putting It Mildly
Rejection seems to be a better fit.
