27. I've been big on tar and feathering lately, I can't say why |
|
exactly, but tar & feathers and being ridden out on a rail, just seems so American as far as punishmnets go. Incredible humiliation, and it doesn;t kill the "tarree" while lots of fun for the "tarrers"...:D

28. Gonzo Would Like The Texture Of The Feathers |
|
This dude is feckless. He has no concern about his own image or self-esteem...he's got a boss to protect and diversions to do. He'd probably love the tar and feathering as a new wardrobe statement.
I've been hammered on my argument against impeaching only boooosh or chenney as letting goons like Gonzo walk away from their crimes.
Cheers...

29. The man should be in jail. But with bush/cheney still in, it would be no help. |
|
Edited on Mon May-28-07 08:59 AM by havocmom
They would just be sending up some other chump that looks OK at first glance... Then, we would have an unknown doing who-knows-what until we managed to blow the whistle on him/her.
Any one of them gone does not solve the problem. Start with Cheney then go swiftly with the rest of them. I still have hope the investigations needed to clean out the lot of them are going on. When the pieces of evidence needed to nail them from the top down is in line.... THEN.

First I want him put under oath and the whole story of his malfeasance, INCLUDING who told him to do it, extracted.
Next, I want evry person who ordered, aided or abetted him impeached and then criminally prosecuted.
Then I want Gonzalez impeached and criminally prosecuted--WHILE he is still Attorney General.
And finally, I want him to go to the federal penitentiary.
If Gonzalez "steps down," our fucked-up media will cast it as "he stepped down for personal reasons," which could be anything from "my boss is an asshole and I can't take it anymore" to the likely "the Democrats in Congress were mean to me and I resigned to make them stop." Impeachment and conviction is unequivocal--he's no longer allowed to be Attorney General because he's a criminal.
