I agree with your sentiment - but, in their actions, most Democratic voters do not.

4. The war won't be ended, it will just go on without us. Iraqis will continue to die.

Plus, the troops will not all come home but most will be redeployed to Kuwait and Kuwait is one step closer to home than Iraq. We still need to work for peace in Iraq after our troops are gone. We owe them that much. Hell, even if we paid war reparations the price would be cheaper than what we are paying now.
