2. It means Joe is calm, composed and confident.... |
|
As he has said before, his entire career is one of confronting challenges beginning alone, and by the end he has the support he needs to effect the desired outcome. Instructions from your candidate insult an elector. The electors chose the candidate, not the other way around. IMO these "instructions" will piss off at least half of their current supporters, and I expect Joe to be a primary beneficiary as electors vote their hearts and minds. Shock and Awe. Be ready. It's coming to a primary near you.

4. You have a really good point there. |

If Biden came out today and said if I don't make it support Obama - I'd be devastated.
I think that Richardson and Kucinich have conceeded in a way.
You know, I emailed the campaign about how upset I was about the WMUR debate... and they told me not to worry - Biden WILL be there:) That sure makes me feel a heckuva alot better than hearing the campaign tell me to support Obama.
Thanks VI!

joe has had the biggest free publicity push in the past couple of days over pakistan.
the more I've been looking at it, the more I've been focusing on the republicans and am VERY worried about McCain, he's really getting strong in new hampshire and he'd be the most serious threat in the general.
biden's the only guy who could run against him and win bigtime. biden is going to do good and he would do a lot better if he makes it to new hampshire. in fact, the more I've been seeing from the republicans of late, the more I'm convinced that biden is the only one who can really win it.
this changes nothing other than to keep pushing for support for joe biden.

with all the talk of the dems having a "great field of candidates" and all, the fact is I would be nervous as hell with either HRC or BHO as the nominee, and not all that confident with JRE. The vicious attacks that are coming will make hte swiftboat thing look like childs play. This machine that is ruining our country will NOT go quietly into the night. The crap that was instigated the minute Bill Clinto won, and continued for 8 years, will be leveled at our candidate the minute he/she is nominated. And when I am feeling especially paranoid, I anticipate another 9/11 to seal the deal.
We absolutely have to run the very strongest candidate. This is not the time to do social engineering. Just because we may have been dealt a strong hand is no reason to play sloppily.
Besides, Joe actually IS the best candidate.

9. My hope is, that he comes out of Iowa well, and people actually start paying attention to him |
|
and taking him serious. As a serious contender.
