maybe they get delegates - I'm not sure - so an uncommitted delegate goes to the convention - I suppose if a lot of the people who ended up uncommitted because their candidate is not viable are bidenites, the delegate might vote biden at the convention - but its pretty much noise level - by that time everything is over.
