i feel lost also... From what my friends in Iowa told me last night and this morning. Republicans rushed the Dem cacaus. and ALL went for edwards and/or hillary. Effectively eliminating their real threats. Biden & Dodd. Obama carried the day as All true Dems went there in reaction.
It was the use of the unlimited allowence to reregister walking in the door.
One reported that after, a group of 'em went to a bar owned by one of my friends and were laughing at how easy it was to sway the results.
as edwards and hillary have been bought by insurance. Obama is our only hope for medical reforms.
My only hangup on Obama is/was his inexperience. Biden had done some things i do not approve of. RAVE for one... I could over look it in favor of experience. so now its a brave new situation. i can over look experience for my number one issue. Obama is the last hope.
Blast away...

1. Froward, you son of a . . . |
|
. . . just kidding.
Obama would have to be my second choice as well. Are we sure he isn't a corporatist as well? Only time will tell, my research begins.
I will not change my sig yet though.

I had no idea, but I guess I shouldn't be shocked.

4. Sorry, but this is why Iowa shouldn't go first |
|
and why primaries should be closed. IOW, you can't switch sides to stack the deck in a shady way.

3. I'm not ready to commit to Obama. |
|
I have major issues with him. Yes - I had issues with Biden as well. But overall, what I liked about Biden far outweighed the issues I had with him.
I agree that Obama is the best of the top three. But I think I am going to stay in the undecided category for awhile.

5. Me too, last night I was ready to join up with |
|
the Obama crowd, but this morning I said, what's the rush, my primary is 2/5. I've got time to wait and see what pans out. :hi:

6. Whoever the Dem nominee is going to be, |
|
that person will have literally NO experience, especially in foreign affairs. We've GOT to look to VP for gravitas, or either the Pubes win or we have a Dem POTUS who'll be totally hamstrung by inexperience. See where I'm going with this? It's a different game now. Mitigation of damage.

Have to say, I feel no great urgency to vote in the primary, but that could change.

9. Well since my state went first... |
|
it hardly matters who I support now. I can't vote for anyone until November. I'm think I'm staying out of the fray until November.
