i'll try to post it here and give out invites for some DUers to come along.

I just wish I had thought of the Italian Festival parade because even if it's not re-election year, you can bet that Joe will be out working the parade route. The guy was on my porch and gave me a hug and the thing is - the people he should be hugging is you folks. You have all been die-hard supporters for Biden since probably before I jumped on board (and I live in Delaware).

I totally forgot he was up for re-election. He's running against some religious nut job who will be lucky if she gets 30% of the votes. But even still, Joe will be out campaigning for Senate (unless he happens to take VP) and I'm sure there are plenty of events where he will be around. Plus each year he does the Biden Seminars, which is a twice a year lecture with some noted personality who speaks for an hour along with Joe.

It's a small state so it's easy to run into the Bidens. It just seems alot of you would love this opportunity and if I can make it happen somehow I will.

If not, I'm sure Joe will be back in 2009 for the same parade (Unless he's VP)
