The best investment I made was a pair of cordless headphones for my tv.
(actually it was a necessity having 2 teenagers blasting music 24/7)

So I can get stuff done and run to the tv when I hear that deep, sexy voice :P

5. I've spent the last 3 days trying to get a router to work with my

computer and an iPod touch, so when I'm out in the backyard I can check DU and other places so I don't miss anything. It's a sickness, I tell 'ya.

Still can't get the thing to work right, and it didn't help when my one bouvier, Maia knocked the router off the chair and broke the antenna. That was one day in itself, just taking the router apart and "fixing" the antenna connection. I'm afraid I'm going to have to break down and contact Geek Squad or something.

Biden looks so handsome, and he has such a good sense of humor. I could watch him and listen to him all day.

I go to the gardening group and the home improvement group alot with questions and to share.

Agreed about Biden, I love listening to him. I was so looking forward to him giving the
State of the Union. Ha - it would have been great :(

9. I thought of that, and stopped by there yesterday.

I'm afraid they won't be able to "work" with me. My computerese is limited. I mostly get things done by trial and error, and a bit of luck. I may give it a try, though I need to give myself a day or two to let my frustration level cool down. After taking it apart, putting it back together, and reinstalling following the directions as closely as I could, I was quite miffed when it still wouldn't work. It is sitting up high on a shelf, out of sight...what router? I don't see no blasted router! Denial...the quick fix, though not lasting. LOL

17. I used to drive my mother crazy when I was a kid.

I always loved taking things apart and putting them back together again. I was usually successful, but there were those few times...ahem. Good thing my dad worked for the phone company, as "we" lost a couple of phones during my technology surgery.
