1. Eh, excuse me
Whoever here was paid by Biden to post at DU, please raise your hand!!!

I have never read anything so ridiculous in my life.

2. The more cash-flush campaigns DID have staffers who only posted
glowing reviews and positive articles about their candidates. However Joe 'I'm owned by the credit card compaines' Biden didn't seem to have the extra $$ to do so x(

And truly, even if he had during the primaries, would he really still have folks doing it now?

5. I went back to the thread
and he edited the post, removing the part about paid Biden supporters. Guess he realized that he crossed the line. Of course now my response doesn't make much sense anymore.

9. You could always go back and edit your post
and ask why s/he removed the reference to Biden posters getting paid.

10. Too late now
Have to edit it within an hour I think. Of course, that's alright. The thread died off already. That will teach me not to respond to such people, but geez I couldn't let that one slide.

15. That's true
and he realized his remark off out of line and felt compelled to change it.

3. Ha! That's how passionate we are about Joe!
Too funny!

I asked RA who s/he DOES take seriously, since "nobody takes Biden seriously" - although you'd never know that by all the positive posts on that thread. :)

4. oh no, I put Radical Activist on ignore after seeing his
"no handkerchief" "we must have two candidates from the midwest" over and over again. Or was that someone else? One of these I asked who he wanted for VP and I remember it was some incredibly vanilla low-experience people. Can't find that thread though even with logging out and searching. I remember several of us being in that one.

I give up for now.

6. Can't remember the situation
Edited on Tue Aug-05-08 09:47 PM by tsegat01
but I do recall some major animosity not too long ago.

P.S. I do remember the mention of Vilsak though, which brought out some objections.

11. And as I recall
he really got criticized for it in the previous thread. Strange choice for a VP.

13. That right there causes me to believe that RA has a political tin ear
Remember that in IOWA Vilsack wasn't making it HIS OWN STATE!

7. No -- One of RA's devastating, crushing, valid criticisms of Joe is
silk pocket squares (or something like that).

S/he just responded to my question about "who do YOU take seriously" and frankly, I found exception to each of the suggestions. Didn't bother getting into it though. But you're right, they're all, each and every one of 'em, :boring:.
