3. First time I've seen Kozloff. He's kinda shifty, isn't he? You notice he has, and always has |

a "thing" going on for Chavez. That makes me think he has ulterior impulses, is at cross-purposes, appears to be concerned about the people of Latin America but secretly has other interests.
I intend to try to find out more about what he said concerning Jimmy Carter. He claims Carter cut aid to Guatemala or Honduras when he learned of state atrocities against the people, but then he reinstated that aid a couple of weeks later.
That's not what I've heard. I have a feeling if it was started back again it was due to some override by Congress, led by the rabid right. I mean to look into that when I get a minute. Kozloff has also taken some unexpectedly savage kicks at Chavez from time to time, and has involved himself occassionally in misinformation. I'd like to know what his agenda is. While watching him the first time, I thought it's very possible he's simply not terribly bright, and figuring things out is harder for him, as he's defective.
After mulling it over, I'm sure my immediate concern about his eyes, which wouldn't meet Amy's, his inability to look up steadily, his eyes darting from side to side, looking away, his deep uneasiness, actual discomfort reveal he's a man with another mission.
It may look as if he's just not comfortable in these interviews, but has to go through with them for his job, but more likely he's worried someone's going to start pinning him down during the interviews and hand him more than he can defend against.
