If you want to read a Spanish article and explain the gist of it, here's a story from Colombian
paper, El Tiempo. First, I've run it through the google translation tool, but what I get is very unclear, and I was interested in hearing a better translation from a trustworthy person. This would not include any right-wing message board combat artists who have loyalties to right-wing domination of Latin America.

Here's the google tool translation:

What it says that the captain and paramilitaries planed to make the official look like he was doing his job by murdering 2 man from the lowest economic class and planting them with uniforms of the paramilitaries plus a rifle inside an automobile while protecting the real paramilitaries. Basically
the article shows how the military protect the paramilitaries and murder innocents.

The ambassador of Ecuador denounced that last week: http://www.confirmado.net/index.php?act=det_noticia&no_codigo=12239&cn_codigo=2&es_codigo=1
