The govt dismisses Luis Acuña of the Ministry of Education Superior
05:29 p.m. Caracas. -
Unofficially the destitution was known of minister of Education Superior, Luis Acuña, who will be replaced by Edgardo Ramirez. The exit of Acuña takes place the same day that university professors initiated national strike of 48 hours in demand of which the State ends its debt and complies with the rights of the workers. In hours in the morning Acuña said with respect to university strike that there is " other routes so that the personnel of the houses of studies asks for its right vindications laborales". According to sources of the Executive, the supposed reason for the exit of Acuña would be his soft position, who expressed itself in the dialogue that he maintained with the university authorities through the director of the Office of Planning of the University Sector, Antonio Castejón.

1. Well, they're down to the bottom of the barrel now
I guess they'll just keep leaving the government and new guys will be named, whose main credentials will be loyalty to the Supreme Leader. This ia starting to look like the Woody Allen film, Bananas.
