"I continue to urge him to recognize the genuine terrorist threat that our country continue to face"
:puke:

RNC Chair Michael Steele released the following statement after President Obama delivered his remarks on the Christmas Day bombing attempt:

"While I am pleased that the president has acknowledged the breakdown in our system, I continue to urge him to recognize the genuine terrorist threat that our country continues to face. Too often President Obama and Democrats disregard the fact that terrorists are at war with us, which is dangerous thinking in this post-9/11 era.

1. Steele needs to "get a life" and "shut up."

5. This seems to be the condescending meme today.
Edited on Thu Jan-07-10 09:19 PM by Hansel
That apparently Obama is so stupid and naive that he didn't know that there were terrorist threats to the country. Even after 8 f*cking years of having "Turrer! Turrer! Turrer! Be very afraid. Crap your pants and shake and cower!", crammed down our throats 24/7/365, President Obama is either just waking up, or has not quite waken up, to the fact that there are people who want to kill us.

It's just too condescending to stomach. Quite frankly the people saying it sound like morons, but the little morons on the right lap it up like they really believe "Obama has been schooled." Stupid stupid stupid.

They are so fricking afraid that Obama is going to put an end to the government terrorizing its people over terrorist threats that they can't stand it. What the hell are they going to manipulate everyone with if Americans stop cowering in constant fear of their own shadows?
