Bunning/repugs/neocons = It's RACISM! |
|
you are fooling yourself if you think the repug machinations aren't racism.
they are not stalling or saying no to everything because of the economy/debt. debt they don't care about re: smirk's time in the W.H.
they don't care about any american except the white wealthy and powerful.
they throw up everyday over the fact that a black man is President.
there is a thread here about not playing the race card. I haven't read it because they ARE smirk, smirk, playing the race card.
you don't need your brain to tell you this, just use your eyes. the neo con punks are at least 90% white.
it is harmful to keep saying it isn't racism when it IS.
its stupid to be considerate of racists.
and its the white, racist neo con brass at the pentagon that is standing on Obama's neck.
if we want to save our country from white, racist neo con CEOs/politicians/lobbyists we better start speaking up and pointing out racism.
everybody in the world knows its racism.

9. And isn't it possible that most of Pres. Obama's detractors hate HIM |
|
"because he was smart and won the Pres...and he wouldn't play ball with them"?
It very likely has nothing to do with his color, in most instances.

2. So if Hillary had gotten the nomination and then won the presidency, |
|
you don't think the repugs/neocons would be opposing everything she did?
Or would it then be "sexism"?

And while I don't doubt that SOME of the animus directed toward our president may be, in part at least, fueled by racism or bigotry by SOME people, I think it's laughable to think that the right wouldn't be attacking ANY Democrat who was trying to change things from the rightwing status quo.

6. Yes, most certainly some of the animus is based on race. As it was based on class with Bubba. nt |

It's mostly about scoring political points for their buddies and obstructing any Democratic legislation.
They did it to FDR, Carter, Clinton, and now Obama.
This is probably just the same polices, same obstructionism, and the same partisan garbage from them again.

13. Yes, partisanship (and let's face it, we're partisan, too) and ideological |
|
differences (and we're ideological, too) account for probably 95% of the acrimony and obstruction. Racism is a minor motivation.
