and the head of the dept. was Bush's pick when the exemption took place not to do a detailed environmental impact analysis.

The truth is, the MMS is one messed up dept. under the interior dept. Just ask Earl Devaney.

Devaney's investigation found that eight officials accepted gifts from energy companies whose value exceeded limits set by ethics rules. 7. Olbermann et al think there's value in "appearing" fair and balanced.

Fox only sees value in claiming it. That's the difference. At the end of the day though, no one actually is going to think "better" of Olbermann for doing this. I wish he'd realize it and just stop.
