One real positive yesterday was the Democratic turnout.
It is clear in Pennsylvania, and perhaps in Kentucky, that the Democrats have at last woke up. If the Dems have a high voter turnout there is no way they lose in PA. That is why they kept the Murtha seat. The Specter-Sesak race got the Dems to the polls.

Even if they lose in Kentucky to Ayn Rand Paul, that kind of turnout will save many down ballot candidates.

1. Are you trying to be a downer?
Man, you just gloom and doom all over the place.

2. Nope, I am a political realist.
I have seen many of these elections in my time. I know how they work. I am not a downer, I think the Democratic losses are going to be kept to a normal trend and that they will keep the majority.
