Just get that damn thing capped.

If that does not work.. move on to the next thing.. but keep trying.

The only permanent fix is the relief wells.. but if we can do anything to lower the amount of oil being spewed into the gulf before those well are in place.. it is worth the cost.

At the same time, mop up has to start with the oil already spilled.

Nothing is going to keep it 100% from reaching shore.. but anything we can do to catch as much of the spill as possible is worth the cost.
