Tweety's Poll: WSJ Poll
Edited on Wed Jun-23-10 04:40 PM by vaberella
Do we care about WSJ polls or are they worthless?

Here are the numbers:

Right direction - 39%
Wrong direction - 62%

Congress Repub - 45%
Congress Dem - 43%

2012 GE
Support Obama - 27%
Against Obama - 32%
I doubt this will be the case anyway I don't think WSJ polls are worth their grain in salt.

On Edit: Chuck Todd and Tweets annoyed me enough that I turned them off. Sensationalistic bastards.

1. I have never thought Chuck Todd had anything even remotely
factual to support his punditry.... Analysis, indeed. I don't know if there is anything to this poll... I'll wait for some validation and trends from other polls before panicking.

3. Understood. Tweety is pimping it out like it's fact though.
And Chuckie is quick to push ahead with it.

9. but of course...
If Tweety could go on every other hour of a 24 hour day, if a new (and contradictory) poll likewise came out every other hour out of 24, the two of them would bounce back and forth with their admonitions and dire conclusions to whichever side was losing on that particular hour...

I find Chuckie to be so oblivious that you'd have to point out to him that he'd just been arguing the opposite less than two hours ago....Tweety is almost as clueless.

4. I tuned out by that point I think. B/c it's based on this one poll.
While I'm sure Gallup has another poll all together.

5. according to Tweety and Toad, we shouldn't even bother
Obama might as well resign with this 45% - 43% GOP lead in the generic congressional ballot.

14. The WSJ has its hopes pinned on returning the Republicans into office
so they can avoid being held accountable for anything as the take the country for a ride financially..I cannot trust a WSJ poll for nothing..

16. The Murdoch owned Wall Street Journal?
The pro-business Wall Street Journal?
Why would we trust them?
Perhaps it's because we shouldn't.

20. NO singular poll is worth much.....
... it's polls taken collectively in comparison to each other .... or a series of polls over time where you can get the real answer.
