Far right media is out of control.
They are at the point where they are endangering the lives of people. They are encouraging outright hatred towards Muslims. Limbaugh keeps implying Obama is a "Muslim" and then says "I'm not really saying that."

Fox News and right wing radio are at the point where they make no attempt to tell the truth. They just make crap up. They never offer corrections. Fox and right wing radio are no doubt going to cause another Oklahoma City. When it happens they will pretend the are innocent.

Wha surprises me is that liberals seem so unwilling to confront this crap before it is to late. Why are blacks out there not defending Obama? The Republican's could not win these coming electionsif we have a turn out close to 2008.

If we allow the righties to take Congress, they will block everythng Obama wants to fix. This includes lifting DADT. They will block all future Obama Supreme Court nominees.

If you are thinking about staying home n November just think one thing. "Speaker John Boehner.

1. So is the mainstream media.
I just heard some assclown on NBC refer to Martha's Vinyard as "an exclusive island". All of a sudden it's "exclusive"? It wasn't "exclusive" when the Clintons visited, or when the Kennedys were associated with it.

They're still harping on the 51 Park Ave. project, and of course, they have repugs on to comment. Where are the Democratic guests? And, that's just while taking a break from all the fear-mongering over the economy. Of course, people aren't out there spending money. Why would they when the MSM is constantly screaming about double-dip recessions, and now, the latest: "double-dip unemployment"? I can't stand to listen to the news any more. Nothing but right-wing opinions.

3. Well, yes it was
They have been harping on Martha's Vinyard ever since 1969, when there was a late night auto accident on the bridge to Chappaquiddick.

4. Sorry, but I've never heard the "exclusive" adjective until Obama started going there.
Everyone knows it's where a lot of rich people live. The MSM is only now emphasizing that point. Just like they're emphasizing Michelle's "luxurious" vacation to Spain, while never using such adjectives when it came to Laura Bush's luxurious trips to Europe.

5. They used it a lot for Clinton
Made it sound like Davos on the beach, where he and George Soros would plot the downfall of capitalism. :eyes:

2. hate to break it to you
but those who listen to Fox and Rush are NOT going to vote Dem no matter what

the Dems do as a party.

Freedom of the press is a very touchy issue in this country and I can see many more negatives than positives in trying
to "reign in" those outlets if thats what you are implying.

6. DADT (the law) will be repealed when the Senate votes on the Pentagon budget this year.

But you can bet Republicans are going to block the repeal of DOMA if they gain in the Senate.

7. "Why are blacks out there not defending Obama?"
Can you please explain why specifically you are singling blacks out, in what race needs to defend Obama? Why mention race at all?
If there was a good reason for it, I'm ready to hear it.

8. And how would anyone know if they're defending Obama
since there are hardly any black people on TV news anyway.

9. Exactly!
And when they do manage to make their way on television to defend the president, their views are often dismissed with an implied "He/she's only defending the President because he's black!"

10. Because he's actually Scandinavian
He was actually born in Norway.

Orly Taitz discovered a Totally Genuine Certificate of Really Live Birth in a file cabinet at the Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum in Decorah, Iowa that proves that Obama was born in Trondheim, the son of railroad conductor Bjørnar Krogsgard and his girlfriend, Astrid Solbakken, a Communist Party activist. The young Bjorn "Barry" Krogsgard was given to fellow Communist operatives Barack Obama and Ann Dunham as part of a secret, 45 year plan to install a Marxist as President of the United States.

14. Because the attacks on Obama are more and more racist.
If blacks turn out in large numbers, it will keep the Republicans from getting a majority.

The poll figures show alowering of resistance each week, the GOP over played their hand. I'm wary of most religion but letting the constitution unfold its wisdom always works.

13. "Why aren't blacks defending him?" Because he is the president
of the entire country. We don't see him as the "black" president.
