Government is feeding the healthcare industry yummy tender vittles, piece by piece.
Policies are more in favor of industry rather than in favor of the people (i.e., the "equilibrium" has shifted toward industry).
Our representatives in gov't will continue to do such year after year until such a time when the people once again take a stand for freedom.
