When did the TEA party start standing for "Taxed Enough Already"?

Obama has given tax CUTS to 95% of working families and hasn't raised taxes on anyone. But the teabaggers come along (because we have a Black president from whom they want their "country back") and start claiming their reason for forming is that they've been taxed enough already (and that Obama isn't following the Constitution even though THEY seem to not have any idea as to what's IN it).

No wonder fewer than 10% of Americans know they've gotten tax cuts. These teabaggers get more coverage than the President himself and spread misinformation which the media lets go largely unchallenged. We need for Dems. in Congress as well as Dem. strategists to point out the facts and take control of the narrative.
