Presidential year = 4 years? I don't know. It's a lot of stress but he still looks good. Lots of gray. It shows up more the longer it has been since he got a haircut. He could pull a Reagan but clearly has chosen not to do so. ;)

It's not so much stress as it is due to nature. It's exponential, and more and more wrinkles and gray will keep showing up at a faster rate the following year when one hits 45.
Granted, if you are of darker complexion then you wont appear to age as fast (e.g., not as many wrinkles) due to the sun having more of a nasty effect on lighter-skinned individuals.
So my prediction is Obama will never age as badly as Bush or Clinton have.
