Republicans not even sworn in yet. Already showing Democrats |
|
How to act when you have power. Talking pure shit. You would think they had the Presidency and the Senate as well. Meanwhile our side is still talking about working together and compromising. You have to laugh to keep from crying.

and the Democrats should take a page out of their playbook.
The best advice I ever got was: If what you're doing isn't working; stop doing it. democrats seem to do the same stuff over and over again and expect different results. BEING NICE ISN'T WORKING. Just stop it, okay?
Enough, already. We still have the Senate and the Presidency. Act like that counts for something,

17. The problem is that it's so hard to do = you have to have no shame |
|
This is why Republicans say such things. We'd be embarrassed to say really stupid things and they aren't. I wish this would not be described as "cowardly." It's not that Republicans are brave, it's just that they are brazen and shameless.

23. Yep ... flag lapel pin ??? |
|
how people here don't get the media's role in it ...
There are two completely different standards ...
Heck, the Rs can flat out make up contrived crape and D has to answer to it - flippin BO spent over a month during the primary having to explain why he didn't wear the flag lapel pin for crying out loud, much less actually say or do something stupid ...
Rs ... The media just has completely given up on even trying to question whatever crape they spew ... And, THEY KNOW IT ... They know they can say or do pretty much anything, and only going COMPLETELY over the top will they be held accountable for it - at worst, it gets a yawn and a contrived, well, back in 1918 a D once did this, so they are all the same ...
Just politics when Rs do it, reason to destroy a D permanently for shiite that is not even real - see, Dean, scream ...

and use every opportunity in power to do nothing at all for the American people.
So yeah, they have no desire or need to compromise. They are in power to stop things not do things.

But that sound you heard in 2008 wasn't the American people's voice.
I remember these idiots after 2008 and they were NOT singing this same type tune.

20. No. They just don't act like 10 year old boys...... |
|
that's what Republicans do, and their media lets them get away with it.
If Democrats started acted like GOP Kids, they'd get the media stick rammed up so far up their ass, they won't be able to walk for however the rest of the term duration is.
That's how it works.
