Lieberman making the rounds on the cable news networks right now
Edited on Tue Dec-07-10 12:18 PM by jenmito
saying he is pushing to keep the Senate in session until the Defense Authorization Bill (including the DADT repeal) is PASSED-even if it means staying through the holidays. He just said that on FAUX and he'll be on MSNBC in a couple minutes. To all who say they don't trust him on this, do you STILL not trust him on this issue?

ETA article: Lieberman wants Senate to stay in session until it repeals 'Don't ask' policy

2. I think McCain will tell Joe to change his mind. I doubt Joe would betray his best friend. nt

14. Lieberman is at odds with McCain after losing the bus driving gig
But you were in the left-hand lane and you were signaling left and I just more or less assumed you were going to turn left. - Bob Newhart

6. Sounds like Joe is trying to make a comeback for his 2012
reelection, this time to run as a Democrat.

7. Sounds like Joe is trying to make a comeback for his 2012
reelection effort. He can't run as a Rethug or I this time, so he'll have to do it as a Dem. He's trying to weasel his way back into Dem good graces with this kabuki theater.

And I'll take it. But I won't be patting him on the back.
