I'm holding my anger until a bill is signed
I could easily be angry about the bill going through the Senate, but in order for anything to be reconciled, something, anything, needs to pass the Senate. The House bill isn't half bad, so that gives me some hope for a good reconciliation. Not sure what's up with the White House, Obama is too silent for my comfort and not showing much leadership.

All that aside, what really matters is the final bill that's signed by Obama. I hope it's decent, if not, then I'll be plenty angry.

1. Capitulating to Lieberman is the height of weakness
Obama holds all the cards with Lieberman and he still gave in to him.

Obama could pull out the hammer on Lieberman, but instead he wimped out on Lieberman.

I'm damned angry.

:grr:

2. He's an asshole
Why negotiate with assholes when you can walk right past them using reconciliation?

That's my hope at least.

If that doesn't happen, then I'm right there with you.

3. Agner while there's still a chance is better than anger after it's done
If you feel the potential for anger, channel it now and express it to your reps, when you might be able to make a difference.

7. Been there, done that...
My representatives know full well how I feel. I've volunteered and even donated money to help run ads.

4. Just don't hold it in too long, it's not healthy.
And that health care might not be available to cover you for a few years. (If at all.)

6. I'm with you. No point getting mad until we find out what is passed.
We may be wrong or right. But we can't be wrong or right until they pass something.
