1. Yes, Pres. Obama has been very clear. I suppose people just aren't hearing what they want to
hear about how they think he should or shouldn't of handled the situation, so they are claiming he hasn't been clear.

Agree or disagree with the policy, the allegation of lack of clarity doesn't hold water.
