Man attacked in San Francisco had an anti-Obama sign
A man who was attacked in San Francisco on Monday had an anti-President Barack Obama sign with a Hitler mustache drawn over Obama's face, a witness said Tuesday.

A 29-year-old Daly City man had set up a table with political literature and signs in the 1200 block of Fell Street in the city's North of Panhandle neighborhood when he was attacked at about 11:30 a.m. Monday, said San Francisco police Capt. Denis O'Leary of the Police Department's Park Station.

Original reports about the incident indicated that the man who was attacked was an Obama supporter.

A man and woman approached the victim, tore one of the signs and shook the table, causing the political literature to fall to the ground.

1. A LaRouche follower? Oh, now I'm skeptical
Those people are crazy. One used to stand outside the BART station downtown and one day I saw her chase after a commuter, yelling and screaming.

Not that this man has no credibility, but LaRouchites are generally crazy --you have to be to follow that stuff.

2. Totally. They believe Edgar Allen Poe was a spy for the US.
At which point I tuned out.

The second story references the first one as the original report.
