Kloppenburg - a massive victory for women. |
|
A victory for teachers who are largely women A victory for cleaners who are largely women A victory for low paid State workers who are largely women.
A big victory for a female candidate up against a Judge who was exposed as a Tea Party Terrorist and unwilling to use their judgement. A victory for a female candidate who was up against someone who "was a shoe in". A victory for the victims of child abuse this Tea Party Terrorist shoved aside.
Kloppenburg took down a man who only 2 months ago had a 30 point lead and whose unseating is historic - this is only the fifth time a Wisconsin Supreme Court justice has been unseated since the establishment of their Supreme Court in 1852.
This battle to destroy the rights of workers, which would have been exported by the right across the World as part of "austerity" stops in Wisconsin. This was overreach. This was an attack on the very people who made up what was the reasonable wing of the Republican base, fire fighters and the police. They knew they were next.
Screw the Teabaggers. Their purpose is no more. They lost. They have served their purpose.
Koch will have to invent another bunch of suckers.

4. Kloppenburg would be the fifth female justice |
|
Only two are men. Two of the women are right-wingers, but still.

10. James Bopp Jr will probably be one of them. |
|
He isn't that great of a lawyer. It is mostly confusing and intimidating those that make the decision his trademark.
A strong suggestion to any board that he appears before... be the smartest son of a bitch there about all election law and administrative law. And then drop a bomb when he uses anything remotely flimsy in his argument.
