5. I did this puzzle the last time it was posted and it can be done. Wonder

Cut back a bit on the military.

Cut out many subsidies for business, especially all those that hurt us.

Keep in mind that the Republicans aren't trying to overturn Obama's policies. They're trying to overturn Teddy Roosevelt's policies. They want to cut the budget to the point where they can eliminate all regulations and restrictions on what the wealthy can do, so the wealthy will fund their re-election campaigns. This is a sweet deal for Republicans, but bad for America.
