CNN need to fire Candy Crowley after this horrible Trump interview. |
|
She didn't challenge him at all.

1. Well, what did you expect? |
|
Creepy Crowley has never been what one would call a hard-hitting journalist.

2. Candy gave Trump the same treatment she gives any Republican celebrity - the Bush treatment. |

Velvet gloves and that desperate 'Please love me back' look.

Waste of flesh and time. Candy Crowley should be on Fox News, where she belongs.

5. She loved to act exasperated with Gore when she was |
|
covering his campaign in 2000. She'd always slip something in to make him sound bad. Just little things about being late, or being secretive. She's been off my radar screen since then (I almost never watch CNN).

6. and I remember Candy Crowley mocking John Kerry because he ordered green tea in a restaurant |
|
She seemed to think that was very elitist.
What a joke these characters are. They have a lot of gaul calling themselves journalist -- a lot of gaul.

this reminds me of the attacks on Kerry's war heroism. It actually sent me to "the archives" on my own to research him (of course, I found it was entirely legitimate). I researched Obama's birth certificate last weekend (probably will again). IT IS ONLINE IN FULL PUBLICATION - WHY DOESN'T ANYONE SAY THIS!
That I could be DUPED along with all the other idiot teabaggers, speaks volumes about the ability to be brain-washed.

19. Crowley was awful to Kerry after nearly being a Bush groupie in 2000, |
|
jumping up and down in Texas as Gore conceded on election night.
The really ridiculous thing was that she spoke of the green tea even after Kerry lost. This even though the restaurant told her they had green tea - Lipton's green tea. She misunderstood the entire thing - and even if her interpretation were correct, Kerry was politely accepted the tea offered with absolutely no fuss. She also ignored that in the Iowa primaries, a poll was taken of hospitality workers - restaurant and hotel people. Kerry won a poll as the one they thought listened most to them and the one they liked best.
Iowa is one place where voters expect to meet the candidates, be listened to and treated with respect. Iowa did not find John Kerry elitist or aloof. He won there - though neither the party or the media supported him before he won.
In fact, the elitist here is Crowley, who obviously thought that Iowa would not have something as exotic as green tea. It might be hard to find a major town without a choice of tea.

13. I saw it. She DID challenge him, but he just kept talking and interrupting. But she DID |

put things up on the screen like his COLB and the birth announcement, and also said that the birth announcement was not put in the paper not by Obama's parents nor his grandparents, but by the hospital. She also showed the interview of Obama's step-grandmother, showing her say Obama was NOT born in Kenya. She was weak against Trump, but she challenged him more than Meredith Vieira did.

Why would any "news" organization even feature a story about Trump? He's using them as free publicity.
Candy Crowley is an actress who plays a reporter on TV.
