1. The only way to change the status quo is constant, large protests. |
|
It works. It makes the powers that be pay attention to your issues. It even draws anti-protests from tea-bagging Kochroaches and then the corporate media follows.
Once normal Americans realize that the ONLY way anything is going to change is through constant protests in the street and act on it, then things will change.
Nothing else will work. Nothing else has worked.

4. No it doesn't. The protests on the war on terror and Wisconsin are perfect examples. |
|
Constant large protests mean nothing. Look at the stupid tea party. They knew their protests weren't enough and they took it a step further. They bloody organized themselves. They organized and got their freaks elected. That's how things get DONE! That's why protest after protest in Wisconsin---STILL didn't stop a GOP vote to stop collective bargaining.
So the ONLY way to get anything done is to vote in people who are progressives with no self-interest in staying for long term but are in it to serve their community. Until then---you'll always be on the shitted end. Protests only go so far and make little to no REAL headway or impact on Congressional men and women.

3. Give me the plan! What are the progressive candidates in each state who can take a GOP seat? |
|
Then maybe we have a chance of winning the war. We need to get as organized as the Teaparty and Republican party can be do win any battle. Until you do, you're just talking.
