Republican threatens Republican in New Hampshire (union related)
Edited on Mon Apr-11-11 07:56 PM by catgirl
From the Union Leader:

LONDONDERRY – The Newmarket Republican Committee chairman accused of making email and phone threats to Sen. Sharon Carson regarding her stance on right-to-work legislation last weekend defended his actions Monday morning, claiming he never threatened the senator.
In an email sent to the Union Leader yesterday, and during a follow-up phone conversation, Newmarket resident Joe Barton denied any misbehavior on his part.

-snip- his email to Sen Carson:

"I understand you are against Right to Work, and as a Republican that concerns me greatly," the email read. "Because as a Republican we believe in that freedom. I wonder if, perhaps, you received money from unions, and I ask myself if you have sold out the core principles of the party you are a member of."
"Have you sold out on us?" Barton asked in the email. "For how much was your vote bought?"

Very interesting article. He goes on to threaten Carson "(I know where you live, and I'm coming to get you") in a phone call prompting her to hang up and to call the local police.

Yes, we certainly have some RW psychos in our state.
