Cavuto: "We Could Do Worse Than Donald Trump. We Already Have"
When Donald Trump decided to lose his mind in public this last time, I figured Fox was using his nutbaggery to make the other Republicans look better. And then Neil Cavuto opened his mouth, and proved that no, there are some Fox idjuts who just think anyone -- ANYONE -- is better than Barack Obama.

Watch this clip as he turns jetsetter Trump from a rich dude who exploits bankruptcy laws to get richer into a populist, boxer kinda plain-spoken guy. That's right, folks. We should make decisions about who will lead this country based on the fact that he has no manners and calls out women who criticize him.

snip...

Yeah, maybe The Donald has banged a few too many heads, because his brain seems to be functioning like he's on some kind of new psychotropic drug. Birtherism, big stories about private investigators, and more smells like Swiftboating to me, not leadership.

As to that plain speak and creative thinking about revenue, has Cavuto forgotten Trump's 1999 proclamation that we should tax the rich to retire the national debt?

1. Um, even Bush was better than that jackass.
It's weird that no matter how bad a president is, there is always someone else who is even worse.

2. Oh yeah, Nixon, Reagan, Dubya's dad, Dubya, all worse than Trump.
That's not exactly something to be bragging about though.

3. One more time. Trump is NOT going to officially run as a candidate.
He won't want to disclose his financials.

Trump is in charge of everything having to do with his various businesses. Do you think for a moment he's going to hand over complex existing deals and future deals to his son, Donny Jr., and his pregnant daughter, Ivanka? They may be fine for overseeing a certain amount of projects, but not run the Trump Empire by themselves unsupervised. And if Trump were to run, he couldn't possibly do it without either handing over some or all of the business to a third party or have his business or candidacy compromised by trying to do both.

Trump has made contradictory statements in the past. How will he hold up to republicans challenging him? And yes, I COULD see Romney going after Trump when the time is right.

Trump isn't religious enough. His absence in the pews will be a campaign issue.

4. If Trump did get the nomination, he'd get at least 40% of the vote and probably 45%
The country is that damn polarized. Nearly half would rather vote for Donald Trump than a Democrat.

6. What's he gonna say when Trump runs as an independent?
And takes a shitload of votes away from the republican candidate?

The douchebag's ego won't let him drop out of the race even if he is rejected by the republican party.

And even Fox can't polish that turd enough to get the American people to accept Trump as a legit candidate.

7. Well, the FOX folks left out Michelle Bachmann and Herman Cain
TECHNICALLY, we could do worse than Trump the Frump, but that is like deciding to swallow hemlock instead of shooting yourself in the heart.
