Huff Po: Tea party activists are mad, VERY mad at GOP over budget
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/04/14/at-the-local-level-tea-pa_n_849099.html

Long story short, the Tea Party wackos are mad because they didn't get the 1 trillion dollar budget cut they wanted and that the GOP has already lost the voter's mandate (yeah right).
"And amidst all this, Speaker Boehner proclaims that there is 'no daylight' between he and the Tea Party. If he actually believes that, he must have his eyes closed," Meckler told HuffPost.

So, what is the Tea Party's plan if they don't get what they want?
"This is the fight worth having," MacGuffie said. "We want to engage in a ferocious battle over the debt ceiling and 2012 budget--bring it on--we'll give the Republicans a spine by holding our bayonets firmly at their backs."

If I'm Howard Dean, I'm texting the White House saying "let's win this budget fight and bring back the 50 state strategy. The Tea party will soften the Republicans for us."

The Tea Party wants to force a government shutdown which will cost the country trillions of dollars, to force a draconian budget cut which will cost the country trillions in lost revenue due to job losses, lost contracts, dead citizens, and damaged infrastructure. Is it just me, or is the Tea Party really a Koch(coke) party? Because whatever they're on, I don't want to touch.

14. That's the glue that holds them together
They have 100 different agendas -- the only thing they have in common is anger.

3. It seems they are having a hard time learning that Budgeting
in the Government is a whole new world from doing the
family budget. Washington moves along differently.

11. May they grind their teeth to dust in fury.
And wave their pathetic little fists in the air as they turn on the Republicans and devour them.

13. have you actually looked at the breakdown of the cuts?
for example this one

"A study from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office confirms that the legislation does indeed cut that much from what federal agencies are authorized to spend this year -- but the study reveals that it will only amount to a reduction of $352 million in non-war government spending for the rest of this fiscal year. That's in part because a significant portion of the cuts come from authorized funds that won't be spent immediately, such as water-and-sewer grants."

"The budget makes about $8 billion in immediate cuts to domestic programs and foreign aid, but those are offset by defense spending increases. On top of that, when war funding is considered, federal spending will actually increase by $3.3 billion compared with current levels."

If you believe the CBO's analysis of the cuts, what self respecting tea bagger wouldn't be frustration with Boehner? You may disagree with them but they are just like you and I fighting to get their issues addresses and if that issue is cuts in budgets, they definetly got screwed. The best way to defeat or covert your enemy is by 1st understanding them.

I got the article from CBS "Forget $38B: Budget only cuts $352 million this year"
