Obama cut the payroll tax by 2% -- which will increase the alleged "deficit" in the Social Security system which the republicans and Blue Dogs will use to undercut the system.

THAT'S A CUT IN FUNDING THAT WILL NEVER BE RECOVERED!

He's pushed the Boles-Simpson report as his "baseline" (where were you, out for popcorn?) which puts Social Security FIRMLY on the table with suggestions to increase the retirement age, cut benefits and privatize portions of the system...

This is the FIRST TIME EVER since Social Security was begun that ANY president has tinkered with it as a playing piece in an otherwise irrelevant "negotiation" (that piece of shit "budget" bill)... Not even Ray-Gun dared to do it.

So open your eyes, ears and mind and pay attention to what's really going on not just Obama's stump speeches -- sound and fury signifying nothing.
